About "Colorado State of Mind"

Colorado State of Mind

In 2003, Rocky Mountain PBS premiered the weekly public affairs series, “Colorado State of Mind” (CSOM). The Emmy-winning program, hosted by executive producer Cynthia Hessin, ran for the next 13 years, sunsetting March 2016.

The series featured a roundtable discussion with four guest panelists and gives Coloradans the opportunity to hear the viewpoints of Colorado's leaders in government, education, media and business. Subjects are timely and piggyback off recent news stories.

Topics range from the economy and health care to education and the environment. Colorado journalists and experts debate the topics and provide local context to the issues facing Coloradans.
